Dr. Kang Chin Seng, Chairman and Corporate Advisor of Inter Group of Companies, is a professional consultant in Human Resource Development and Corporate Strategy. He is also the Managing Director of Pensonic Technology Pte Ltd in Hong Kong, a subsidiary of KLSE listed company Pensonic Holdings Bhd in Malaysia.

Dr Kang was the former Penang State Executive Councillor (EXCO) in charge of Human Resource, Science and Technology and SMI Development. He was the Founder and Chairman (1992-1999) of the Penang Human Resource Development Council (PHRDC) and the Chairman of the Penang Small and Medium Industries Council for many years. His cross border activities allow him to be appointed as the Economic Advisor to Jinan City Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation (Province of Shandong, China) and Jinan City High Technology Development Zone and Asia Region Training and Development Organization (ARTDO). He is the Founder and President of the Penang-Xiamen twin city relationship. He is given the honor to hold the honorary citizenship of Xiamen. In Malaysia, he is the Advisor to Penang Furniture Manufacturers and Dealers Association, Penang State Foundry and Engineering Industries Association and many other trade associations. He is also a writer and given public lectures on current issues from time to time.

Mr Michael Heah, the Managing Director of Inter Group of Companies obtained his Master Degree of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from University of Portsmouth, England in 1996 and has a combined experiences of global manpower and human resource management for more than 15 years. He is currently the founder of Inter Resources Consulting (IRC) who organises the FOMADAS(Foreign Manpower Annual Dialogue and Seminar) and its blog forum, InterManpower.com, Agensi Pekerjaan IRC Sdn Bhd (Recruitment License No. JTK 1844) and IRC Global Search (M) Sdn Bhd (KHEDN Outsourcing License No. 637/1-4/23/028), both licensed recruitment agency and outsourcing company in Malaysia. It has recruit and manage more than 2200 skilled and unskilled workers in the northern region. With his innovative and enterprising personality, he and his 15 team members have expanded Inter manpower business to Singapore and Middle East countries.
