InterManpower together with State Government YB Dato’ Haji Abdul Halim Hussain on promoting local talent with multiple skills trained as per industries’ needs. They are also trained on career development programs which aim to increase retention rate of local workers.
With many industries facing shortage of local workers, InterManpower hopes the program can help industries to get more skilled local workers to meet their demand as hiring foreign workers are costly.
As per Department of Statistic Malaysia, in forth quarter of 2022, the unemployment rate stands at 3.6% or 600,500 people. The program can help to reduce unemployment rate and save industry cost if they choose to hire local workers through our program.
